Work Placement Week 8

Assalammualaikum, this is last week for my internship work placement at RISDA, my presentation will start tomorrow. All department in my staff will attend my presentation and regarding what I have done while me at RISDA and present about my project a, new office arrangement for my department and for this week also I have helped my officer En. Daman Huri to solve his Pc problem. Discuss with En. Bahaman my work placement will end for this week and I told him that my supervisor will come on 30 December to visit me on my last day at RISDA. I also have meet old staff Pn. Zaini because before this she had attend course for 2 months and Pn.Zaini will retire on 31 December and she take option pension. In my last week for my work placement I also help Pn. Mahanom to carry her iron table to cut the table legs and bring it to En. Daud to cut the legs off.

For my project office arrangement I had to Photostat and print all the material that I had done for the presentation like power point slide, plan for wing A and B to give it to all staff that will attend my final project presentation. From clerk to officer will attend my final project presentation regarding office arrangement, Pn. Mahanom give letters to all staff to attend my presentation and I don’t aspect it will be a big presentation. On 30 December my supervisor Madam Noor Liza Ali came to see my officer En.Bahaman to evaluate my performing while I doing my work placement because En.Bahaman is in charge me in RISDA, after the meet up between Madam Noor Liza Ali with En. Bahaman in 2.30 p.m o’clock I have to present my project. In that presentation all staff hears what I said and for the Q&A section many staff ask me questions about my project and I can answer all that questions. After all that I got present and certificate from RISDA to show it that I had attend work placement in RISDA and the certificate have sign by my Manager of Bahagian Produktiviti Pemasaran Mister Ali Bin Muda. Lastly for the ceremony all staff had farewell party for my last day in RISDA and all the memory and experience while I doing my work placement in RISDA will I use for the future when I really have the work.

Work Placement Week 7

Assalammualaikum, 1 more week to me finish my work placement at RISDA and for this week I help Pn. Nor Hayatee to Photostat a letter and see Officer Fahmi and give him a report about my project progress. In Friday is Awal Muharam holiday and in Monday I continue and proceed to draw plan for my project using Microsoft Office Visio in wing A and wing B. In Tuesday I and my practical mate had attend Majlis Sambutan Hari Inovasi Kementerian Kemajuan Luar Bandar Dan Wilayah Tahun 2009 at Universiti Putra Malaysia and the subject is INOVASI PEMANGKIN KECEMERLANGAN ORGANISASI that start from 7.30 a.m until 1.00 p.m.

After came back from the ceremony I had answered phone calling from other department. All the rest of my day in Wednesday I did and proceed with my project, drawing a new plan for wing A and B using Microsoft Office Visio. I also did presentation slide, do my final essay about what course I take in College, what suggestion can I give to RISDA to make better for their operation and all this RISDA will keep and if the suggestions are relevant they will use it . I also search info on internet about all information that link and can be my references for my project that will present in 30 December.

Work Placement Week 6

Assalammualaikum, after came back from RISDA Training Centre (RISTEC) I help Pn. Nor Hayatee to setup her Computer at her place because she remove to another table. Me, my practical friend Izat, Mr. Yazid and my officer Mr. Zamzam change board Jadual Pergerakan Harian Pegawai & Kakitangan BPP from the old one to the new one and the board is very heavy and need many people to cary it. After that Mr. Yazid want me to help him to copy all the job that he did in Excel to another folder, In Friday 11/12/2009 RISDA made Forum Ma'al Hijrah 1431 (Kearah Transformasi Pemikiran Ummah) at Auditorium Sultan Ahmad Shah, Ibu Pejabat RISDA sponsored by Bahagian Agama RISDA (BARIS) collaboration with Latihan Department and it's a good forum.

I and my practical friend Izat help other staff to remove furniture and make arrangement for the new floor. I proceed with my project, office arrangement and I also got RISDA diary for year 2009 from Pn.Sharom to write activities what had happen, for me to do my blog. Pn. Yasmin want me to print and binding Senarai Pekeliling Tanam Semula Yang Berkuatkuasa Setakat Julai 2007. Our department had a meeting for Malam Gala and leader by officer Fahmi. Our department must do a presentation for that event and after discuss and finally we made decision that we will dance, based on Ravaji story, Hindustan Movie.

Work Placement Week 5

Assalammualaikum, for this week I got many things to do. I have learned how to use one more machine. The shredder machine and this machine I use when I want to eradicate the paper. This week also I got late in Thursday because of traffic jam and heavy rain in that day, so I need to fill form Datang Lewat and see En. Ahmad ZamZam to get his signature and his verification, I also need to clean a white board to replace a new Jadual Pergerakan Harian Pegawai Dan Kakitangan Bahagian Pemasaran dan Produktiviti (BPP) and I also need to make a new list for the schedule. In Monday 7 November until 9 November I have to present Mesyuarat Pengoperasian Program Produktiviti Dan Pemasaran at RISDA Training Centre (RISTEC), Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. Before I go there I have to print the document that will use in that meeting and I go to RISTEC by my officer car En. Hazaruddin Bin Hamzah and when I first arrived at RISTEC in Monday 7/12/2009 I had to carry all things that will use in the meeting like laptop, notebook, projector, files and many more and put it on Samudera hall. After that I check in hotel room and in the night I had to arrange files because the files that we arranged before this are wrong, in Tuesday morning the meeting start at 8.30 o’clock a.m and my duty is to take a picture, give the participant microphone to talk, setup laptop, photostating paper, and many more.

In the night all participants have to did brainstorming to develop a new model for rubber, palm oil productivity and a new model for rubber and palm oil marketing and my officer want me to join them and this is a new experience to me. In Wednesday morning at 10.00 o’clock a.m the participants have to present their model and in 2.00 0clock p.m the meeting is finish and after lunch I and my others staff packing all the material that use in that meeting and put it back in my officer car En. Hazaruddin Bin Hamzah and I arrived at RISDA around 5.00 O’clock p.m. Many more job and things I did in RISTEC but it’s to many too me to state it in this blog, and its new to me and I happy because I got new experience when I go to RISTEC. Before I leave to Port Dickson in Monday morning I got monthly assembly at Auditorium Sultan Ahmad Shah in Ibu Pejabat Risda. I and my other practical friend student Izat also have setup my officer office Madam Hayati Binti Abdul Gaafor to a new room at sixth floor and also setup her Computer and the printer machine.

Work Placement Week 4

Assalammualaikum, for the week 4 I got a new friend. A new practical student and he from Kolej Professional Mara at Branang, his name is Muhammad Syarizat Bin Annuar. He take Business Study and for this week is the week for orientation for new staff and they came to my department to hear briefing that explain by Officer Fahmi what RISDA all about and what my department function to RISDA. My project had change, before this my task is regarding of rubber international trading and business trade and its also have IT element when they want me to make a database prototype for estate phase, and it change to office arrangement this because of lack and limited of time, because to do a database it will take 2 months to complete and since I'm running out of time, my project had change, by guidance by En. Ahmad Fahmi.

In this task also I will use IT elements and I will use Microsoft Office Visio and I had make a Ghant Chart and show it to Officer Fahmi for the timing and what will I do of my project. Also I had attended a meeting and all staff in my department must attend it. My Director Hj.Mohamat Bin Muda told the staffs the he want our department to increase our productivity in working system. It's very official and new to me, all the speech it's very important and very valuable.

Work Placement Week 3

Assalammualaikum, for this week it's very calm week because this week is Raya Korban eve. All staff are happy and many of them take holiday and leave early before Raya Korban eve come. For this week I make a correction of PTS map, I also got a new task to be done from Officer En.Fahmi Ahmad. My task is regarding of rubber international project trading and business trade and it's also have IT element when they want me to make a database prototype for estate phase because they want me to know how the flow of rubber international business and trading.

This project also wants me to make a final presentation about my report and the date that I must make the presentation on 30 November 2009. Officer Fahmi also wants my list of subject that I have taken and also my certificate that I got in Kolej Poly Tech Mara. By the way before this I never mention about my work time, I choose to start on P2. Start at 8.00 o'clock a.m and finish at 5.00 o'clock p.m

Work Placement Week 2

For this week I attend Perhimpunan Bulanan at auditorium Sultan Ahmad Shah, this assembly will do by RISDA in every months. I also do a correction for letter Hari Inovasi from Miss Noor Hafizah. For this week also I shown my final edit to Madam Yasmin about the website that I edit regarding PTS at Slim River Perak, in Thursday I help Madam Nazatulisma move from Pemasaran to department Tanam Semula. Every Friday I have to attend ceramah agama that prepare by RISDA from 11.00 a.m to 12.15 p.m.

In Monday I help packing a little bit staff because my department moves from fifth floor to sixth floor. I did check and list about Pusat Timbang Dan Stor (PTS) that not use any more, make a letter about Tindakan Susulan PMGC and give to Pn.Jasmin. In Tuesday 17/11/2009 after final checking I send to En.Bahaman regarding website and picture that I had edit. In Wednesday make a letter correction about Tindakan Susulan PMGC, fully move to sixth floor and help Madam Nazatul to light her PC in new floor.
